Refunds, Exchanges & Faulty Products
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, simply return the product to us (unopened in a saleable condition) within 14 working days of receipt and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. If an item is damaged or defective, then we will either refund you for the value of the item, or send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please keep any faulty items and return it back to us. Without evidence we cannot issue refunds or send a replacement. If an item cannot be kept for health and safety reasons please take photographic proof of the damage so that we can view the damage.

On rare occasions, we may need to delivery items outside the published timed windows. We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas; see the section on Restricted delivery & postcode exceptions for more details
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
